Infinity Symbol Visualisation

This is the visualisation for the event that was given to Fiona. Feel free to use it or not - you guessed it - whatever feels right for you!

"As you are all  linking hands, focus on your heart. See a vertical golden infinity symbol (figure 8) with the centre or cross over point in your heart. As you gradually extend the top loop of the infinity symbol up towards source, god (whatever it is for you) extend the bottom loop down into the centre of the earth. Take a minute to allow the golden energy to circulate constantly around the infinity symbol. To the centre of the earth, through your heart, to source and back again. Cleansing, connecting and balancing. Now create  a horizontal infinity symbol with the centre or cross over point in your heart. The front loop links to the people in your group and/or the site you are sending love to. The back loop connects you to all the other groups around the world. Once again allow the golden energy to circulate, cleanse and balance. For a few minutes focus on love, unity, and all good things for the earth and her people"
